Teachers team management as the carrier of the management of teachers, is to achieve thetarget of school management means, is the reality of teachers’ personal development space.Perfect fit the times development and the development of education teacher team system, isthe foundation of school development and hope. However, different parts of the developmentof education at different levels, different school background,teacher quality is different, theschool teacher management requirements are also different, with the advance of time andpractice, teacher team as a new way of teacher professional development has graduallyentered the school leaders and teachers in primary and middle schools field of vision. In theteam of teachers role, it can not only promote the teacher professional development, but alsoconducive to the sustained development of school organization. However from the currentresearch situation of domestic teachers team, special research on Teachers’team is not enough,the current study most of which are in the shallow layer on the surface of the practice, thetheory is quite inadequate, research perspective is relatively narrow. Therefore,this researchstarts from the basic theory of analysis on the team, the team of teachers,in order to providesome effective strategies of team management of primary and secondary school teachers inchina.The paper consists of four parts.The first chapter,this includes teachers team management problems,the significance of theresearch team of teachers management, the importance of team management, definition ofteam, team management,teachers team management concept,proposed the research mentalityand the method.Chapter second teachers team theory, starting from the team of teachers and teachers teammanagement, analyzes the connotation of the team and team of teachers, lists the relatedtheories about the team, and conducted in-depth analysis, analysis of team role theory.The third chapter is the analysis of secondary school teachers team management status andproblems,the SE middle school in Xingtai city as an example, starting from the Xingtai SE high school discipline team, analyzes the present situation of team of teachers andmanagement, and for the SE school problems, the causes of these problems in-depth analysis.The fourth chapter existing problems in the management of teachers’ team.The fifth chapter middle school teachers team management strategy, in view of the existingin the team of teachers management in SE middle school in Xingtai city and problems of thecrux of the problem, the development of teacher team management strategy for SE school.The appendix part of middle school teachers team management research questionnaire.
