In recent years,secondary vocational education is developing rapidly, and hascultivated a large number of skilled workers for our country. But along with the fasterspeed of new technology application to production and the gradual adjustment ofdomestic economic structure, the contradiction is more and more prominent betweenthe cultivation of talents’ practical skills in secondary vocational schools and therequirements of jobs in social and enterprises. The problems that these schools cannotignore include how to improve the quality of practice teaching, how to enhance thelevel of students’ practical skills, how to meet the demand of enterprise position, andhow to achieve "zero distance" employment. Therefore it is significant to study of theconstruction of practice teaching system, which is good for improving the quality ofschool teaching and students’ practical skills, promoting the development of theschool. On the basis of the relevant literature at home and abroad, and according tothe characteristics of secondary vocational education, this thesis makes thequestionnaires about practice teaching for students and teachers in the secondaryvocational schools, and the questionnaires include cognition of the practice teaching,curriculum system, teaching staff, practice bases and so on. The research wasconducted in Wangcheng Secondary Vocational School in Hunan Province, with350students of six majors in three grades and30teachers as the respondent. The results ofthe survey shows that: Different grade has different cognition for practice teaching;curriculum content of practice teaching in many secondary vocational schools lackedof independence and integration; there are some questions for the teachers insecondary vocational schools, such as professional quality, professional skills, andthere is a lot of space for us to improve teachers’ skills; there are some problems inevaluation of practice teaching, such as contents and forms; school-enterprisecooperation lacked depth fusion,and students’ training management wasn’t carriedout well. The corresponding strategies and suggestions were put forward for theseresults:Secondary vocational schools should cognitive practice teaching scientifically,build content system flexibly, strengthen to train the teachers’ professional quality,construct the practice teaching evaluation system, and deepen education integration.
