Research On Present Condition And Developing Policy Of Teenagers’ Basketball Game

In order to better understand the basic situation of our country’s existing youth basketball league, to clarify the existing youth league of operation mode, coverage, social influence, its defects, this research to our country existing dominated by different departments, a survey and analysis of the youth league. Aims to make a clear understanding on China youth basketball league, the thorough analysis, seize the key points, find out the advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of real data to judge, come to the conclusion, put forward countermeasures, provide intellectual support for the development of the youth basketball in China and theoretical reference.In this paper, using the methods of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire research methods, such as, attaches great importance to the interview records in the field investigation and relevant meeting minutes, pay attention to the authoritative expert’s subjective opinion. First，to our country existing youth talents is analyzed, the basic situation of the quality of the athletes’ physical quality, technology and tactics, such as the competing situation in‐depth analysis. Secondly, in this paper, the state general administration of sports management center youth ministry, the ministry of education Wei‐Yi department, society three aspects of youth basketball contest, from sports management and marketing and the Angle of sports training are studied, discussed the league game on nature, organization process, scale, social benefits and so on several aspects of the problem. Again, in this paper, in Europe, the United States, Japan, the developed countries represented by youth basketball career development has made the comparison and analysis, and then in our country is summarized in the youth basketball league itself and the problems existing in the aspect of operation. Main conclusions are as follows:1Youth basketball competition by a single administrative system of our country, after decades of development, has formed a variety of power to dominate the good situation. In the event scale, social impact, talents conveying has obtained the proud achievement.On the reserve talented person quantity and quality, has a certain foundation, but uneven distribution in talented person present characteristics.2Dominated by the department of education in our country youth basketball league, mainly is the traditional sports project school basketball league. The league started late, less involved in team, foreign propaganda is not enough, social influence. 3Dominated by the department of our country sports youth basketball league, more mature in the event organization and operation, relatively perfect in rules and regulations, has a certain scale. At the same time with the local sports bureau set up a good communication mechanism, stability of the venue, and human resources, promote the development of the whole of the youth basketball career. There are teams in the league, however, the selection is not scientific phenomenon, greatly reduces the league of ornamental and social attention.4Ensuring our country social forces leading the youth basketball league overall development is rapid, has trained a large number of youth basketball athletes. But the lack of industry guidance and supervision, strength enough attention, not present national nature with its unique charm and cultural connotation of typical events.5Foreign youth basketball tournament dominated by non‐governmental, greatly improving the efficiency of teenagers backup talent cultivation.6in Europe and America region partition and classification system, is an important reason of his basketball career flourish. Partition and classification can not only make the youth league ordering, more can optimize league organization form and the talent transmission way, worth learning.
