In this paper, the campus football as a starting point, through literature,observation and interviews with experts and other methods, the development ofChina-ROK campus football profile, set up regulatory agencies, development goals,funding, coaches team building, education and other aspects of system analysis andcomparative study, the following conclusions: Set the management agency, due to thebody, the right to divide the two departments teach unclear, leading to Chinese schoolfootball chaotic management, the introduction of the policy issues such as conflicting,did not effectively advantageous resources; the campus football development goals,China South Korea more than the long-term, China’s lack of stable long-termdevelopment plans and specific embodiments; South Korea attaches great importanceto the work of grassroots football coaches training, the quality of training wassignificantly higher than China; The costs of cultured is too high for Chinese youngfootball players, a lot of children from poor families can not receive formal footballtraining, causing huge loss of football talent resources; South Korea according to thephysiological, psychological, growth laws of different ages and other young footballplayers Features develop training content science, systems and training programs.China’s youth football training is the lack of specificity, the guiding ideology is notprominent, age difference between the training content and training requirements arenot clear, is not conducive to the subsequent development of athletes; the Chinesefootballers too little competition experience, participating school football team largegap between the level of the league lost its competitive significance; South Koreaattaches great importance to the cultural education of young football players, the"culture of learning footballer" as the training objectives, and yet the Chinese cultureof learning and football training against each other. Accordance with nationalconditions, drawing on the experience of Korea proposed change our youth campusfootball backwardness of the responses: the education sector and the sportsdepartment should strengthen communication and coordination, and clearly thedominant position of the education system; attaches great importance to the culture ofyoung football players education, training all-round development of footballers;increasing soccer coaches training, the formation of high-level soccer team coach; to strengthen cooperation with the professional football school football reserve personnelechelon training paths to improve the campus football league level, expand footballtalent selection surface; for young football players of different ages to develop asystematic, high scientific level of training objectives and training programs;6,increase funding, improve grassroots football coaches treatment; campus footballand football culture are closely related with the public, in continuous improvement,development of the national youth soccer activities on campus, we must focus on thepromotion and development of mass sport, football in the social dimension ofuniversal form of mass football culture with Chinese characteristics, in order topromote sustained and stable development of the campus football.
