Curriculum resources are the resources of university courses, supply to meet all needs ofuniversity curriculum construction of the resources, is composed of various elements of thecourse.Curriculum resources is an important guarantee of realizing the goal of the overallconstruction of the school, the quality status of curriculum resource allocation of a universitydirectly influence and restrict the course level and talent cultivation.Therefore, to achieve theoptimal allocation of curriculum resources in Colleges and universities has importanttheoretical significance and practical value.In the internationalization of higher education, underthe condition of socialist market economy, the problem of university curriculum resourceallocation is still an important topic which the current university curriculum reform faces, is amajor problem plaguing the development of local colleges and universities urgent, worthy ofour in-depth exploration and research.The first part is the introduction. Analysis of the research ideas and methods, reasons andsignificance of research, a clear research direction; and general analysis of the presentdevelopment situation of domestic and external university curriculum resources, resourceallocation in university courses and resources allocation etc., lay on the basis of; at the sametime, defines the core concepts of local university, curriculum resources, the allocation ofresources, the university curriculum resource allocation clearly, elements of universitycurriculum resources, determine the scope of the study.The second part is the analysis of problems and causes. Combined with the actual situationfrom the relevant theoretical research and analysis of the existing system, local colleges anduniversities curriculum resource allocation problems and the reasons from the perspective ofcurriculum resource allocation: subject, object, configuration mode, configuration andconfiguration of allocation efficiency evaluation, analyzes the problems, the fundamental reason lies in the relative lagging of traditional resource allocation view is relativelybackward in Colleges and universities internal management system.The third part is the comparative study. Based on the above research, put forward severalmeasures to the rational allocation of local curriculum resources in Colleges of our country,help people have a better understanding of curriculum resource allocation problem.
