With the rapid development of the informational technology, inorder to enhance teachers’ professional quality and balance theeducation developments,the government has been working toimprove teachers’ consciousness and ability to apply informationtechnology. The primary and secondary school teachers education technology ability standard asks for teachers realize theimportance of education technology, have the consciousness andattitude of applying education technology, apply informationtechnology in an all-round manner and seek innovation andbreakthrough in practice.In recent years, a lot of middle school in Shanxi Province areequipped with interactive electronic whiteboard,which arepromoted by many education workers and become one of thenew-type teaching media in Shanxi Province.The interactiveelectronic whiteboardwith has unique interactive function,flexiblemode of operation, rich teaching resources. Teachers’ ability touse electronic whiteboard reflects the teacher’s informationtechnology ability to some extent. Based on the related theory oftechnology acceptance model:behavior tendency affectsbehavior and attitude affects behavior tendency.This is to say,the teachers’attitude towards electronic whiteboard will affect thecorresponding behavior. In this thesis, we study the teacher’sattitude and behavior towards electronic whiteboard and therelationship between them.This thesis develops a questionnaire with good reliability andvalidity and a behavior checklist, according to the results ofexisting literature and interviews,realize the basic informationabout teachers’attitude and behavior, construct the correspondingrelationship model by combining with the theories of technologyacceptance model.Choose250middle school teachers among different areas,checkout every assumption in the model by multiple regressionanalysis and variance analysis. The finding are as following:1)subjective norm, career expectancy, path dependence and theperceived ease of use are the main factors affecting theperceived usefulness;2)emotional experience, self-efficacy andperceived usefulness have direct impact on the perceived ease ofuse;3)occupational expectation, perceived ease of use andperceived usefulness affect the attitude;4)subjective norms,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and self-efficacy havesignificant influence on behavior;5)behavior disposition has nodirect impact on behavior. Meanwhile, gender, teaching areas,education background, professional title and the time also havesignificant impact on the variables.In the paper, both of qualitative and quantitative researchmethods are used to reveal the factors that influence teachers’ attitude towards electronic whiteboards, and explain the intrinsic Relationship between these factors, verify the relation model ofattitude and behavior in using electronic whiteboard,providestrategic support for the promotion of whiteboard in school.
