Since twenty-first Century, the information technology hasexerted a great influence on the reform of basic education in ourcountry,"the outline of basic education curriculumreform(Trial)" clearly stated:"to promote the integrationof information technology and curriculum, the progressiverealization of the presentation of teaching content, students’learning styles and the transformation of the mode of interactionbetween teachers and students".The ideological and political course subject based learningwebsite is a hotpot of information technology and the integrationof Ideological and political course, it is the ideological and politicalcourse for a thematic content, based on the network as platform, inorder to create a learning content and real scene as a mean, andguide students to do group cooperative inquiry, so as to achieve the purpose of Ideological and political teaching.This process oflearning enable students to experience the exploration process ofknowledge, is conducive to improve the comprehensive quality ofstudents.But the ideological and Political Course special subjectbased learning website is a new thing,there are many problems in thedevelopment of the website developing, inquiry the ideological andPolitical Course special subject based learning website is imminent.In order to fully understand the current situation subject basedlearning website of ideological and political lesson, the authorcombines the related basic theory which has carried on theinvestigation and analysis of some existing the ideological andPolitical Course special subject based learning website, aims tosearch for ideological and political subject based learningwebsite, clear the problem in ideological and political specialsubject based learning website construction.I also combined withthe author’s design of the ideological and Political Course subjectbased learning website "contemporary international society",proposed a guiding suggestions for the development of specialsubject based learning website of Ideological and political course.In this study, I use literature method made a detailed analysisof domestic and international research data on the website ofIdeological and political course.The learning theory ofconstructivism, the dialectical materialist theory of knowledge, theintegration of theory and learning theory as the theoreticalsupport special subject based learning website of the ideologicaland political course, and defined the concept of the special subject based learning website of the ideological and politicalcourse.Then, the author makes an analysis and statistics on thebasic situation of on30of special subject based learning website inthe ideological and political course, statistics into the structure ofthe website,structured knowledge display;extendedresource learning online consultation room, self evaluation system,the task of learning settings and learning support service system allin all seven aspects.Through the survey we found: the pertinence in thecurrent special subject based learning website of the ideologicaland political course is not strong;The design contempt researchlearning tasks; the lack of the necessary learning support servicesystem; there is a lack of evaluation system.On the basis of the above research,according to the relatedtheory, the causes of the above problems are analyzed and discussedin this paper,Combined with the design of specialsubject based learning website on the ideological and PoliticalCourse “contemporary international society",and put forwardsome suggestions and specific design ideas for the specialsubject based learning website on the ideological and PoliticalCourse:the special subject based learning website on theideological and Political Course must profoundly reflectthe research principle;must adhere to the principle ofpertinency;must pay attention to the content reconstructionprinciple;must adhere to the principle of knowledge integration;mustadhere to the principle of Service learning and improve the efficiencyof student learning;must establish the principles of to improve the learning process evaluation system.In the concluding part, the author points out the existing problems in this study, and speculate on the development of the special subject based learning website of the ideological and politicalcourse.
