After the twenty-first century,’during the background of social transition and reform, China has entered the critical period of implementing the scientific development concept, accelerating vocational education’s reform and development, and creating a modern vocational education system. In this process, professional training of teachers is the key point. Therefore, building " Double-qualified" teachers has become one of the priority aims of the vocational schools.This study chooses the research field of "Double-qualified "teachers and chooses the Changchun Vocational School of Technology as a typical case. In the thesis, researcher uses the qualitative and quantitative research method. Then the researcher conducted research of "Double-qualified "teachers in the Changchun Vocational School of Technology. The dissertation summary the status of "Double-qualified "teachers in the Changchun Vocational School of Technology. According to the results of research data, we analyze the problem of "Double-qualified " teachers in the Changchun Vocational School of Technology. Also, based on some theory, this study offers some basic approaches to deal with the problems.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter:Introduction, this section elaborates the status of training "Double-qualified " teachers by school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools, defines the main concepts, and explains the purpose and significance, research ideas and methods of this study. The second chapter:Theoretical Backgroud. This part describes the theory of action-oriented educational theory, teacher specialization theory, theory of school-enterprise cooperation. The third chapter:Case Study. At first, the researcher conducts some questionnaires and interviews in Changchun Vocational School of Technology. Secondly, this part analysis of the research data.The fourth chapter:Data Anlysis. Based on the early survey, this section summary the problems of training "Double-qualified " teachers by school-enterprise cooperation in Changchun Vocational School of Technology. In summary, there are five problems:"Double-qualified " Teachers of this school is not suitable, "Double-qualified " Teachers’evaluation and appointment is unreasonable, training "Double-qualified " Teachers by school-enterprise cooperation school-enterprise cooperation is not systematic, the way of training "Double-qualified " Teachers by school-enterprise cooperation is not diverse, training "Double-qualified " Teachers by school-enterprise cooperation stay at lower results. Chapter V:Conclusion. Based on the previously survey, we offer some suggestions for solving the problems. The school and enterprise should try to create a good cooperation environment, build a mechanism of training "Double-qualified " teachers by school-enterprise cooperation, reform of the human resources management, and expand the cooperation ways between school and enterprise.
