Thus, discussing on Cooperation Social Responsibility(CSR) in gambling has been caused from all walks of lif e. The fulfilling to CSR of Gambling organization has been a focus for gambli ng industry development.Nowadays, at the moment of rapid development of sport lottery market in China, some negative events and influence on society have been more and more because the lottery issued late in our country, distribution system is not yet complete, mature social negative events and influence caused by lottery is becoming more and more seriously. How to avoid the negative social effect, is one of the core problems to be solved for sports lottery in China to have a healthy and harmonious development.The current study primarily discussed the relationship between perform in CSR of China?s sport lottery organization and consumers? behaviour, to perfect the theory system of CSR in sport lottery market with great value for practical work in China. Thus,we will have a research in chengdu as an example for China sports lottery agencies to fulfill social responsibilityThree levels of analysis through SAS 9.2: 1) sports lotteries to fulfill social responsibility implementation dimension;2) demographic variables and sports lottery industry to fulfill social responsibility awareness;3) impact on the implementation of sports lottery agencies to perform social responsibility. And concluding that segmentation for CSR in sport lottry, cogniton for CSR and demon graphics, two sub-CSR and demongraphics. In the end, we suggested that improve structural characteristics and reduce risks becoming problem gambler, and strenghen regulation, model a healthy and sustainable developing industry.
