| This essay aims at the inheritance and development of traditional minority sports project and the investigate object of this essay is the Hainan minority residents. However, because the differences of professionals, the participation of condition is not optimistic. Besides, the difficult of organizational management, organizational forms and ways of learning is the new challenge.2. Environment: Hainan is rich in natural resources, the construction of International Tourism Island and heritage of National intangible cultural provides opportunities for Hainan minority traditional sports project. 3. Experience: Participants feels a lot but they have little in concept of inheritance.
