Research purposes: rope skipping exercise as a new project of traditional sports, combiningforeign fashion, dynamic, music and other elements, accord with the students’ psychological needs and interests, by the school physical education teachers and students love. Rope skipping set fitness, health of mind, a popular and ornamental characteristics of entertainmentand other aspects of the development of students’ body and mind for entertainment, and promote the students’ healthy and rich cultural life plays a crucial role in. Adolescent bearingwith the future of the motherland, the nation’s prosperity, is the so-called "young strong in china". The youth healthy growth, directly related to the quality and quantity of personnel training in our country, it affects the future of the country’s honor or disgrace. But from thecurrent our country juveniles physique health status of development, there are still manyconstraints to be solved. In this paper, through the monitoring of Dalian City students body shape, physical quality and physical function and other physical indicators, the rope skippingexercise on the physical aspects of the influence factors related to the depth of analysis, the current restricting the healthy development of pupils’ Constitution in Dalian city. In order to facilitate the next better development of school-based curriculum in school, rope skipping, rope skipping exercise promotion and the popularization, truly enhance the physical fitness of students, promoting their healthy growth. Experimental group in terms of body function before the experiment after experiment and quiet heart rate there was no significant difference(p > 0.05), lung capacity is very significant difference(p < 0.01), the step test index shows significant difference(p < 0.05); The control group before the experiment after experiment on boys and girls in the quiet heart rate and step test index there was no significant difference(p > 0.05), on the lung capacity show significant difference(p < 0.05). The experimental group students’ physical health level has very obvious; Experimental and control group after the students’ physical health level has obvious enhancement, shows that besides students grow naturally, figure rope skipping training’s influence on the physical health of students has a key role.Conclusion: elementary student’s physical health level through participating in 10-week rope skipping training pattern, the whole showing a rising trend, in the aspects of body shape: at this stage in the growth stage, body height, weight, mainly natural growth, the influence of figure jump rope is not obvious; In the aspect of the body: the results fully show the pattern of the short time skip rope, there is no significant influence on student’s quiet heart rate, but can increase the lung capacity, enhance the cardiopulmonary function, to promote students’ physical and mental health development has a positive role and influence; In terms of physical quality, synchronized jumping rope can improve pupils’ strength, speed, endurance, explosive force, sensitive, and coordinate the physical quality of the flexible quality effect is not obvious, indicating that rope skipping plays an key role in students physical health, rope skipping exercise can shape students’ body form, improve the body function, improve the students’ body quality comprehensively, the school sports work is an important dimension and approach to carry out quality education, schools should dig figure jump rope so that national color of the Chinese nation tradition sports, stimulate students’ participation enthusiasm, improve the students’ interest in learning, enrich the students’ sports culture life, actively organize to carry out the corresponding game, let the students fully enjoy the enjoyment of rope skipping movement pattern, so as to promote the all-round development of students physical health, schools for the future and promote rope skipping movement pattern to provide reference and theoretical basis.
