Research On The Actualities And Strategies Of College Students’ Safety Awareness

Some new insecurity factors appeared with the rapid expansion of education scale and the gradually increasing of communication channels in our country.These risk problems are becoming more and more concealed, which may lead safety problems any time.Higher requirements must be put forward for the cultivation of college students’ safety awareness.Therefore, the improving of college students’ security awareness and crisis consciousness is becoming a serious problems to be solved.Questionnaire survey method and interviewed method are used for this study. 800 college students from eight schools choosed from Nanjing, Shanxi, Liaoning for the research.The dimensionality was divided by the law of education security and the basis of theoretical research,which include education safety consciousness, life safety consciousness, consciousness of personal safety, property safety consciousness, network security consciousness, psychological health and safety consciousness, consciousness of preventing natural disasters.Every dimensionality was researched from Prevention safety consciousness and Crisis response consciousness.A total of 800 questionnaires were handed out and 774 of them were available.The problems of security awareness from college students were revealed by the research:from a general view,the security consciousness of education security,life safety,personal safety are weakness;from the dimensionality of personal safety,the security consciousness Prevent fire, drowning and Infringement are weakness;from the dimensionality of life safety,the security consciousness of food safety and heresy reject are weakness;from the dimensionality of education,the security consciousness of internship and physical exercise are weakness;from the dimensionality of psychological health,the security consciousness to deal with mental illness is weakness;from the dimensionality of network security,the security consciousness to prevent the attack of computer virus is weakness;from the dimensionality of property safety,the security consciousness of anti-theft is weakness;from the dimensionality of preventing natural disasters,the security consciousness of anti-hazy invade is weakness.According to the above findings, this study presents some countermeasures for cultivating the college students’ safety consciousness:a college student should play the role of subjective active in education; play the role in the foundation of family education; play the primary role in school education; play a part in guidance in social education.
