Research Of The Countermeasures Of Talents Training In Secondary Vocational Tourism Specialty Of Dunhuang City

With the construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone and the area of Chinese civilization inheritance and innovation, Dunhuang has regarded the tourism industry development as the focus of its economic development of supporting industries. Its rich tourist resources and cultural heritage attracted a large number of domestic and foreign tourists. The rapid development of Dunhuang tourism, not only brought a lot of demand for tourism management professionals but also brought the opportunities and challenges for the tourism vocational education. The Art and Tourism of Dunhuang Vocational School, which is the only secondary vocational school, has cultivated a large number of professional talents for the tourism industry in Dunhuang. Through the study of tourism secondary vocational education and combined with the development of the tourism industry, the thesis analyzed the problems that existed in the Secondary Vocational Tourism Specialty in the Art and Tourism of Dunhuang vocational School and suggested some improvement measures. So the thesis would be with some practical significance to the development of the secondary vocational tourism education of Dunhuang.First, this article elaborated three concepts, the secondary vocational education, tourism professional talents and training mode. Collected and analyzed the domestic researchers’ research results on the training of tourism professional talents. Second, according to the current status of talent training system in tourism specialty and after surveying the Art and Tourism of Dunhuang vocational school, the thesis analyzed the problems existed in training system. First, the cultivation target was not correct. Second, the setting of majors and courses are disconnected with the market demand. Third, the idea of Talents cultivation is obsolete and the patterns are too single. Fourth, the professional teachers’ qualities and abilities are insufficient and it is lack of Double quality teachers.Finally, the thesis gave some countermeasures for the further improvement of the talents training. First, to understand the market demand and clear training objectives. Second,to reform the teaching contents, build a reasonable course system and a multivariate evaluation system, and to Strengthen students’ job skills training. Third, to improve the teaching environment, and to establish a stable practice base. Fourth, to innovative the talents training mode, develop collectivize school-running vigorously, and to strengthen the role of the government and the enterprises in talents training. Fifth, to improve the teachers’ training mechanism and to construct a diversified teaching team.
