Research On Career Planning Of The Novice Ideology And Politics Teachers In Middle School

The nature of middle school politics course decides the particularity of politics teachers in middle school, indicating they are the executors and supervisors in moral education of the students. Politics teachers should not only bring scientific cultural knowledge to their students, but also assist the students to develop good quality. A qualified politics teacher in middle school definitely cannot be cultivated overnight, the growth process of whom is generally step by step. Every middle school politics teacher absolutely carries good will and hopes to make notable achievements when starts their career, but at the same time, they are also accompanied with confusion and bewilderment more or less. They usually neglect a serious consideration and careful planning of their own career, which results in a weak awareness of many new politics teachers in their career planning, further affecting the growth and development of new teachers.With the method of literature analysis, this paper firstly elucidated the significance and current situation of our research and related theories. Besides, the relevant concepts were also defined in this paper. Secondly, an interview outline was designed to investigate the career planning of new politics teachers in middle school. Twelve new politics teachers of five middle schools in Zhumadian and Luohe were interviewed respectively, from which we realized the chief problems currently in the career planning of new politics teachers through the induction and organization of our interviews. For example, they lack the awareness of career planning in mind; the initiative of development and design in action barely exist on them; they are short of the capacity of effective selection and construction in methods and strategies, etc. Third, the causes of these problems were analyzed from three aspects referring to society, schools and teachers themselves combined with the literature material and interview results. Lastly, the countermeasures, directed at the reasons of these three aspects, were put forward to promote the career planning of new politics teachers in middle school. In our opinion, middle school politics teachers should be viewed correctly and their status ought to be elevated gradually in society; the education in career planning of normal students in the major of ideologically political education is supposed to be seriously taken into consideration by universities; the career planning of new politics teachers should be contained in the agenda of middle school, associated with a scientific evaluation system of performance and a complete training mechanism of teachers; the new individual politics teacher should plan their career according to their own situation, such as making a plan for the career development of present stage, getting familiar with teaching environment as soon as possible, choosing fantastic tutors, actively taking part in the collective lesson preparation,doing well reflection and summary after school,seizing key persons and events, Going through the exhaustion period Safely and so on.
