The Research On Job Attachment Work Of University Graduates In Shenyang

In the case of severe employment environment, as the number of university graduates increased year by year, their employment problems concerned by the government and society widespread, the job attachment work of university graduates was determined to increase graduate work experience and promote the graduate employment, as a result, the job attachment work of university graduates becomes to a study hotspot. In this paper, based on the investigation purposes, main responsibilities and working procedures, I find that there are many problems in the employment practice in our country. On the basis of the new public service theory, the role of government is to provide services, job attachment work of university graduates is a kind of way of government to provide services; Performance excellence model provides a way to achieve high quality service, therefore, this paper will use new public service theory and performance excellence model to analyze the work of two implementation subjects of government and practice base, and work for a better effect, at the same time, on the basis of the combination of successful experience in Germany, to discuss how to solve the problem of job attachment work.This paper summarizes and analyzes studies of job attachment work of the scholars at home and abroad and expounds main content, the new public service theory and performance excellence model. At the same time, I describe the approach to the success of the German dual system job attachment for the countermeasures and Suggestions. On the analysis about the present situation of job attachment work in Shenyang, I check the outstanding problems that exist in the job attachment work and put forward four countermeasures:strengthening the understanding of job attachment work, strengthening the leadership role of the government, job attachment into campus and establish relevant legal system, in order to promote job attachment work better in Shenyang.
