Preschool teacher’s praise can play positive influence to children, this study tri-ed to explore effective praise given by preschool teachers in physical activities, to enrich the research of preschool teachers praise theory, to help preschool teachers improve the staff in the physicals practice more efficient praise in order to play p-ositive influence on children’s physical and mental.In this paper, using the participatory observation, using self-made "preschool teachers praise in physicals activities form", it is divided into the total number of preschool teachers praise in physicals activities, the situation of praise, the object of praise, praise words, praised the orientation of observation records. At the same time, using a homemade " The statisitics form of effective praise given by presch-ool teachers in physicals activities", to comparison and analysis the effectiveness o-f preschool teachers praise. Analysis results reflect the effective praise status of p-reschool teachers in physicals activities:speech recognition when accompanied by nonverbal elements; Speech recognition is sincere; Speech recognition content is s-ingle, lack of specificity; Praise the stressed task, less focus on young children’s development; Praise is lack in the original attribution.This paper also adopts questionnaire, using a homemade " the investigation q-uestionnaire of preschool teachers praise in physicals activities", it is divided into t-he cognition of preschool teachers to praise, praise and ascend, reflective praise using SPSS 17.0 for data analysis.Analysis results for different degree of preschool teachers in praise of cognitive factors have significant differences, bachelor’s degre-e of preschool teachers is significantly higher than college degree and under the p-reschool teachers; Different teaching experience of the preschool teachers are signi-ficant differences between in recognition, teaching age 3 to 5 years of preschool t-eacher is significantly higher than 0-2 years of preschool teachers; In different sc-hool age preschool teachers have significant difference in reflective praise, school age 3 to 5 years of preschool teacher is significantly higher than 0-2 years of pre-school teachers, school age 6 to 8 years of preschool teachers is significantly hig-her than 12 years of preschool teachers; Different teaching age of preschool teache -rs in praise of cognitive factors had no significant difference; Different degree of preschool teachers in praise behavior factors had no significant difference; Differe-nt degree in early childhood teachers in reflective praise and there was no signifi-cant difference; All the participants preschool teachers accounted for 70.3% of the dual influence of praise vote views, overall approval degree is on the high side.In view of the status quo proposed the preschool teachers in physicals activiti-es practice effective strategy:deepen the preschool teachers’ understanding of effe-ctive recognition and attention; Improve the effectiveness of verbal praise in physi-cals activities.
