Research On The Construction Of College Students’ Employment Guidance System In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, facing the increasingly serious employment situation of college students, the government and relevant departments have issued a series of notices to promote the employment of college graduates. At the same time, colleges and universities have strengthened the career guidance for students, included employment guidance course into the college teaching plan, and also built up a curriculum system of employment guidance. However,opening of college employment guidance course is only the first step to solve the problem of employment of graduates. Because of the own characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the construction of employment guidance system suitable for the characteristics of students in these schools is particularly important.Taking F Vocational College as a case, this essay analyzes the problems existing in the process of carrying out employment guidance by the methods of having interviews, observing, attending lectures and consulting literature. Combined with relevant theories, some suggestions and effective solutions to these problems to improve the work of employment guidance are proposed from a more practical angle. In this thesis, the author thinks we should build up a set of employment guidance system for higher vocational college students, which aims at the education of career planning and choosing, as well as the training of job seeking skills and qualities for starting a business. At the same time, this system should take the whole-coursing, whole staff, professional and diversified guidance as its construction principle and should also take the construction of operating system, curriculum system, service system and evaluation system as its content, promoting the existing situation of employment guidance work of F Higher Vocational College and providing reference for other higher vocational colleges in their work of employment guidance.
