As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education has been achieved tremendous development. Along with the higher vocational colleges team continues to grow, China has successively implemented a number of policy documents, aims to strengthen education level in the domestic vocational colleges and to promote the transformation and upgrading. China has emerged excellent teaching level and excellent practice ability of National Demonstrative Higher Vocational Colleges, the national key vocational colleges, vocational education lead to vigorous development. However, the flourishing development of higher vocational education and the rapid expansion of the process around different conditions, so that different schools’ situation is in everywhere, how to improve the quality of teaching level of higher vocational colleges is critical.This paper first introduces the development and the current situation of higher vocational education, service quality of higher vocational education, student satisfaction and related concept. service quality of higher vocational education are discussed, through the reading massive literature and summarize the experience and the description of the student satisfaction model, then according to the teaching satisfaction of Zhongshan vocational and technical college students of Higher Vocational Students’ satisfaction index model has some applicable to the construction of this study analysis. This paper mainly through the modified SERVQUAL scale indicators to determine the evaluation index, through the analysis of the survey data, from the gap between perception value of the college students and the expectation of teaching service quality, to determine student satisfaction level about Zhongshan vocational technical college teaching service quality.Through the analysis and research, summed up the teaching service quality level is generally satisfied.but there are still a series of Indicators need further improvement. From this conclusion, to improve the quality of teaching level of the school, help college students establish better evaluation system;at the same time in order to improve the students’ satisfaction, the college need adjust the weakness from this analysis in order to strengthen all service consciousness around school teaching staff. Improve training conditions to promote the competitiveness in the college enrollment.In this paper, the construction of the student satisfaction model and evaluation index system is benefit for the future to build a unified education student satisfaction index evaluation system with strong theoretical significance. In this paper, through the theoretical study and analysis of the education service quality and student satisfaction to enhance its competitiveness, it has a practical guides to develop next priorities for improvement and development strategy.
