The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Self-govern Of University Students’ Union

The university students’ union is the organization that spontaneously organize, independent choice, voluntary participation, stand on one’s own work all by college students, it is an important carrier college students to safeguard their own rights and interests, realize self-education, self-management and self-service. Now, China higher education is in a stage of rapid development, the university students’ union as a service carrier of educate college students and serve college students face with new opportunities and challenges.Students’ union self-govern problem, seriously administration,low independent work ability make university students’ union departure from the tissue localization of the students’ union, influence function of students’ union. In this paper, the research is about how to improve university students’ union self-governation.Through the study find the reason and problem of students’ union self-govern and propose the solution countermeasure.This study first summarizes the home and abroad research status of university students’ union self-govern, defines the organization nature of students’ union, defines the organization function.Next, using the data of Fuzhou university city colleges, intensive study the Internal of university students’ union, investigate the management of students’ union,the student cadres and college student, to find out the reason of the students’ union’s problems. Find through the research that students’ union reliances heavy on university,has cross with school management, superposition function, In the management of students’ union, management’s consciousness is not in place, the administration is more serious, using the bureaucratization and straight line functional system of management, the evaluation system is not scientific, the contact with college students is not strong, student cadres training pay more attention to using but ignore training, pay more attention to form but ignore essence, pay more attention to execution but ignore innovation,All these lead to self-govern is not strong,lack of self-govern ability and innovation, seriously affecte the function of students’ union. Propose the solution countermeasure base on the problem and the reason:solve the objective obstacles effectively to creat a platform of self-govern, improving the management mode of students’ union to create an atmosphere of self-govern, improving the structure and the operation mode of students’ union to ensure self-govern,improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres to promote self-govern.
