Occupation career planning education plays an important role in the medium occupation school education. Occupation career planning education for good, not only can study enthusiasm, stimulate student’s initiative, and the influence on students’ development of life can. At present, some scholars, teachers have to teaching occupation career planning curriculum launches the exploration research and made some achievements, but the research theory and practice more need to be improved and perfected.In this paper, occupation career planning curriculum teaching based on practical experience, through the questionnaire and interview, carries on the investigation to the occupation career planning curriculum teaching present situation, discovered the outstanding problems existing in the course teaching, and analyzes the reasons, finally based on the teaching practice, discusses how to improve the effectiveness of teaching strategies and measures of medium occupation school occupation career planning curriculum.
