Management Research Of "Jin Xi Steel Or Der Class" Talent Training Pattern

The order-training talents pattern has made the relationship between school and enterprises closed. School has become the “talents factory” of enterprises directly, which is the undoubted and optimal situation for employment-oriented higher vocational colleges. However, it is a long-term investment process for talent training. The enterprise should invest a great deal of material resources and manpower, which have certain risks and does not pay back immediately. There are rare colleges carrying out order-training talents pattern effectively. It is a pursuing and exploring task for higher vocational colleges to optimize order-training talents pattern according to physical truth of higher vocational colleges in China to make the pattern develop smoothly and effectively.The thesis selects a task that “Jin Xi Steel order class” in Tangshan Polytechnic College as preliminary study.First of all, the thesis summarizes the related theories on project management, including project, meaning and characteristics of project management, the process of project management and role definition of stakeholders, and the construction of project management team. It also introduces related theories on order-training talents pattern, including its connotation, classification, purpose and research of its features.Secondly, order-training talents pattern of higher vocational colleges has been defined in the thesis. It analyzes the goal of order-training talents pattern and comes up with an overall plan for implementation process.Thirdly, the thesis analyzes and researches the situation of “Jin Xi Steel order class” in Tangshan Polytechnic College, and tries to find out the problems arising in order-training talents pattern by the methods of questionnaire survey and interviews. The reasons have been roundly and deeply analyzed from multi-angels.Finally, suggestions have been proposed in the thesis for government, administrative education department, college and enterprise respectively aiming at the problems arising in “Jin Xi Steel order class”.
