The game which is full of suspense will inspire more fans enthusiasm and more attention.NBA professionalism has developed more than 60 years, in order to show the charm of professional alliance and attract more viewers to participate, professional alliance has designed various competition balance system of teams to keep power balance of league competition and produce more suspenseful game has become one of the important tasks of NBA alliance development. China Basketball Association has reformed for 20 years, the difference of power between teams and knowing the game results in advance is one of the main causes of low level of CBA competition and market. In recent seasons, due to the introduction of a high level of foreign players, the team which has adjacent power level is increased, the uncertainty of the result is enhanced, and CBA market appeared prosperous. With the deepening of CBA professionalism, how to form a perfect system design, keep balance of the teams, is the Topic for further research. The successful operation of NBA has a lot of experience. This article adopts literature, expert interview and case analysis, explore the balance system design of competition between teams of NBA. Analyze the influence of the team performance about competition balance system in the last few seasons. Aiming at the existing defects of the power balance design between teams, provide a theoretical basis for the CBA league between the teams.The conclusions are as follows:1. The draft of NBA which changed from the simple reverse draft to retained lottery draft avoided human operation and disorder competition. In this way, with different period of the outstanding rookie for poor record team scores were significantly improved.2. The NBA transfer system had a lot conflicts in the process of development, until now, it’s eventually turn to the free transfer market. So different teams will choose different types of players for win the game or rebuild the team, and the transfer of the excellent players will play a vital role for the team’s winning.3. The salary system of NBA is keep improving which including the salary increasing of the players and restriction system is get rid of the thing that the players is monopolize by rich club. So it’s benefit of the competitive balance of clubs.4. China Basketball Association was always take example by the design of NBA system, keep improving transfer system and restriction system at home and abroad. But due to the interests of all parties such as Sports Council and clubs, Transfer system exist lots of obstacles, and restriction system was exist in name only because lack of regulation. There only foreign player system has an obvious effect on competitive balance.5. If China Basketball Association want make the team competition balance come true, it must do this things. First, construct platform for talent players, make a new draft rules and have a reasonable profit distribution mechanism. Then, keep improving transfer system and make it real free. In the end, it should really make restriction system come true and detail the players rules of Salary also enhance the home and abroad players regulation of salary in the club to avoid the non-use-contract. |
