Student leaders are the bridge and link between students and teachers, which is the student organizer, coordinator and performer in the daily management and student services and student activities organization.Undergraduate Engineering Colleges level student leaders are also the bridge and link between teachers and students, which is an important work to the student organizers and participants.Visible, strengthen the construction of university student cadres to promote growth and success of college student leaders should become an important work in universities.However, there are many problems in undergraduate students of engineering colleges level cadres. In many of our schools, because of the education philosophy and management mechanisms lagging, there are many problems and confusion in the construction process, for example schools and teachers understand the importance of student-related contingent of cadres is not sufficient, student leaders lack of training,poor student cadre training and education results, student cadres incentive mechanism is not perfect, student organizations more backward culture,etc. These factors greatly influence the growth and success of undergraduate students of engineering colleges level cadres.This paper focuses on the plight of growth and success of engineering college student leaders were specifically analyzed, and the growth and success of students of engineering colleges undergraduate level cadres to achieve a path Analysis. Chapter 1 is an introduction,describes the background, purpose and significance of this study;research ideas and methods. Chapter 2 is an overview of the theoretical basis of engineering colleges undergraduate level growth and success of the student leaders including leadership trait theory, theory of leadership behavior and leadership contingency theory. Chapter 3 tells main levels of undergraduate engineering colleges student leaders and analysis thegrowth and success predicament. Chapter 4 analyzes the level of the undergraduate engineering colleges Student Leaders ’ Growth model design and evaluation system. Chapter 5 is the path to achieve major levels of Undergraduate Engineering Colleges growth and success of the student leaders, on the one hand the need to build the management mechanism of the interaction of the growth and success of the student leaders. This mechanism mainly includes building interactive student cadre selection mechanism, build interactive students to develop mechanisms of cadres and student leaders to build interactive assessment,incentive and monitoring mechanisms; on the other hand, mainly from school, social and family aspects of the creation of three student leaders in favor of growth and success of the environment. The last part of Chapter 6 was summarized.
