Study On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Socialist Core Values Under The Vision Of Leadership Education

"Prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism, dedication, integrity, friendly" these 24 words highly summarized the basic content of Socialist Core Values by The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. Socialist Core Values are set by the national authority to implement and universal value system, which epitomizes the nation and contemporary Chinese people’s value targets, values orientation and value standards. Cultivate and practice the socialist core value in favor of promoting the common ideals and unite spiritual strength, building morality. Especially for the contemporary college students, as a young, vibrant communities, their ideas and behavior at a crucial period of development, fostering social core values of college students is particularly important. About The Cultivation And Practice The Socialist Core Values clearly states that "nurture and practice the Socialist Core Values should be people-oriented, respect for the dominant position of the people, and pay attention to interest and value of desire, promote the comprehensive development of man; adhere to reality, differentiate the levels and object, strengthen guidance, identify and resonance point people’s thinking, and the intersection of the interests of the people, close to people; persist improvement and innovation, good at using people loved ways to facilitate theparticipation of the people to build a platform for people willing to participate in open channels, and actively promote the concept of innovation means innovation and grassroots innovation and enhance the attractiveness of appeal work. "Well, for this special group of college students, how to find and ideological resonance point, find and benefit college students intersection, thereby enrich education vectors and methods college students loved, open university students willing to participate in the educational approach that nurture the core values of a more realistic, more people-oriented, more close to people?In order to promote the research of Socialist Core Values cultivation, this paper takes the Leadership Education as the angle of view, summarizes the model and inspiration of leadership development and education- in the philosophy of education, educational leadership combine personal development with social development and the country’s; the educational content on the implementation of knowledge, understanding, values and skills of one of the four content system; on the educational approach, the implementation of multi-multi-method approach combining; this paper has a complete scientific evaluation system on educational evaluation. As Leadership Education and Socialist Core Values education in the educational goals are consistent, Leadership Education support, ways to assess that and are designed to improve the overall quality of students. This paper argues that a useful model of leadership through education can reasonably localized, being a Socialist Core Values which foster learning and applications. Thus, this paper research and build the Socialist Core Values of college students cultivation model, and proposed the point of view such as changes in education wisdom, foster more education content, broaden carrier of education, creative new methods to cultivate, improve the evaluation system, ect. All these in order to promote the cultivation of Socialist Core Values education for students.
