Research On The Student’s Management Mode Of Private University In Xi’an

The development of private universities in Xi’an plays a very important part in this field of China. The private colleges in Xi’an were taken as the research projects, based on the modern science management theory, while aimed at the new coming problems and the characteristics of the student work of the Xi’an private colleges, drawn lessons from the advanced experience of the student work in foreign countries, and built a set of four for the integration of new student management mode involving longitudinal management team, the professional services firm, system of students’ parents and the student own construction system. The model from a set of four parts that set up the advanced management ideas, building professional high-quality management team, advocating students self-management and strengthen student management process, to promote the development of student management mode of scientific and standardization. This paper is composed of four parts:(1)Discriminate and define the conceptions, such as non-government higher education, student management, mode and student management mode, and to introduce the Relevant Theories of the humanistic management, total-staff Management and harmonious management.(2)Analyze the development status of the private colleges in Xi’an and student management, point out the problems in the management of the Xi’an private colleges and analyze causes from four aspects including society, college, family and students.(3)Respectively introduce the student management modes and characteristics in USA, UK and obtain the create ideas Inspired by three revelations including the ideology of "Students First", high quality legalization and standardization and professional student management teams.(4) Build the new four-in-one mode of student management involving longitudinal management department and the management team including school, faculty, and class, employment and psychological service institutions, parents of students and students themselves, put forward four implementation measures that set up advanced management concept, construct the professional high-quality management team, advocate students self-manage and self-serve, strengthen the scientific and standardization in the process of students management.
