Study On Sustainable Development And Current Situation Of Xin Jiang Youth Beach Volleyball

Beach volleyball originated from the American coastal beach in the 1920 s, which spreads rapidly in countries with close association with America by its remarkable charm. Beach volleyball was finally introduced to China in the end of 80 s and beginning of the 90 s due to various reasons, which but rapidly becomes popular in many coastal cities. In addition, Chinese Volleyball Association officially held the national beach volleyball game since 1994 and China dispatches the team to participate in the first session of World Beach Volleyball Championship held in Los Angeles, State of California, the United States in 1997 for the first time, since which Chines beach volleyball goes to the world.Recently, with the constant improvement of achievement in beach volleyball, it puts forward more requirements on the physical quality, mentality, technique and tactics of athletes. In this sense, in order to accelerate the sustainable development of beach volleyball of teenagers in Xinjiang and makes survey on the current situation of beach volleyball of teenagers in Xinjiang, this thesis adopts the research method such as literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to undertake analysis and research on the current situation of beach volleyball of teenagers in Xinjiang based on combination between theory and practice so as to master the superiority and deficiency of beach volleyball of teenagers in Xinjiang and puts forward countermeasures suitable for the practical situation of Xinjiang according to the problems.According to the research:(1) There is loophole in the supervision in the teenager beach volleyball game, which leads to the unfairness of game due to the participation of adult members in the teenager group game.(2) Athletes who win the higher rank in the teenager beach volleyball game cannot be enrolled into Xinjiang beach volleyball provincial team as the reserve talents due to overage and insufficiency in height, which brings influence on the selection of reserve talents for Xinjiang beach volleyball.(3) There are fewer competitions among regions in Xinjiang and it is difficult for athletes in various beach volleyball teams to enhance the techniques and tactics and on-the-spot experience of athletes, which restrains the sustainable development of Xinjiang teenager beach volleyball to some extent.(4) Athletes in minority in most of regions have poor Chinese level and there are few people who have strong bilingual ability, which restrains the further improvement of teaching level of beach volleyball.(5) From the coaches, coaches are educated by the uneven level of education and education. There are also some disadvantages for the development of the beach volleyball in Xinjiang.(6) Xinjiang people have lived in the hard geographical environment for a long time and Xinjiang is a place where multiple nationalities inhabit since ancient times so that most of Xinjiang people are brave, adventurous and generous, which is the nature of many sportsmen. The sound achievement of Xinjiang in beach volleyball in short time has close relationship with the nature.(7) Unique geographical environment and dietary habit enhances the physical quality of many Xinjiang people and teenagers in Xinjiang are easier to accept high-intensive modern competitive sports than children in Mainland.
