Research Degree Graduate Education Quality Assurance Mechanism

Since China began to recruit full-time graduate student of professional degree in 2009, the education of graduate student of professional degree’s developed rapidly. Under the background of rapid development of this education and fast increase of the number of talents with professional degree, establishing a guarantee mechanism that can comprehensively adapt to the development of the industry and the quality of the talents cultivation has its great significance to promote the discipline construction of university, guarantee the quality of graduate student of professional degree training and enable all sectors of society to develop rapidly, stably and sustainably. This text is based on the researchof the current development of graduate student of professional degree’s education in H University of Hebei. Researchershave recognized the current problems, which exist in the cultivation process of talents with professional degrees for the university. They have also found the quality control points that can influence the quality of education of the training process. Combining with our current standard of training quality for graduate student of professional degree, this article points out that universities should have a effective overall control of the internal quality control points in the training process and external quality control points in the training environment. They should also establish the internal quality guarantee mechanisms and external quality guarantee mechanisms for the education of graduate student of professional degree. Universities can connect the internal and external guarantee mechanism throughout the feedback mechanism of external quality guarantee mechanism, and form an internal and external interaction model in order to guarantee the quality of education for graduate student of professional degree.
