This thesis chooses the athletes from national freestyle skiing aerials team who prepare to take part in the Sochi Winter Olympics as the research subjects.This thesis study the specific strength of athletes from national freestyle skiing aerials team via the research methods like the literature material method, expert interview method, test method, empirical method and the methods of mathematical statistics.The study analysis the principles and characteristics of strength training of the freestyle skiing aerials combining the characteristics of the skill structures and myodynamia of this sport,and analysis the characteristics of this sport via the isokinetic muscle strength tests and different other kinds of strength tests.This study also design a specific and effective strength training program, providing the athletes support of the decrease of the sports injury and the increase of the specific skills with the systematic specific strength training program.The results of this study are as follows:(1) In terms of the characteristics of the freestyle skiing aerials,the strength training of this sport can be devided intobasic strength,specific strength and maintenance and rehabilitation strength;In terms of the characteristics of the skill structure of this sport,the specific strength can be devided into the specific strength of the takeoff phase,the air phase and the landing and sliding phase;In terms of the characteristics of the athletes` body structure,the basic strength can be devided into the upper body strength,the core strength and the lower body strength.(2) Isokinetic muscle strength tests and different other kinds of strength tests are the means of monitoring the strength of the Freestyle Skiing Aerials athletes and the basis to develop the indivisual specific strength training program, they are also the way to evaluate effectiveness of the specific strength training process.(3) Via the diagnosis and evaluating of the periodic strength, implement specific strength training program to make the peak torque to body weight ratio of the male and female athletes’ joint knee joint flexion and extension of the hip joint, the torsion and the core area under the different angular velocity more suitable,and the performance of the different strength tests increased,and to provide the athletes` support of the increase of the specific skills and the decrease of the sports injury.(4) Li nina obvious increase her skill performance and physical capacity after the systematic and specific strength traing,the maximum flexion and extension peak torque of the injured knee obvious increase during different angle speed.The flexion and extension ratio of the torque tends to be rational, all the strength tests index reached the best level than ever before,which provide the support and guarantee for her acquiring of champion in the competition in the World Cup during 2013-2014 and the maintenance of the great competitive state during this period.
