With the development of the society,our country put forward quality education, and gradually launched a new round of curriculum reform in basic education field. But with the deepening of the reform, traditional examination system in our country emerging on the issue of elementary education reform, Become the basic education in our country, especially in ordinary high school education to deepen the reform.Thankfully, the state council on deepening the reform of the examination system implementation opinion issued in 2014, create conditions and opportunities for deepening the reform of basic education. Against this background, carefully study the situation of the ordinary high school teaching assessment reform in China, problems and countermeasures, has important academic value and practical significance.This paper treats the current teaching evaluation of Yanan city ordinary high school as the research object, based on the field investigation and interview analysis, it analyses the current situation of the implementation of Yanan ordinary high schoo’s teaching evaluation by questionnaire method,conform to the requirements of the quality education and teaching evaluation reform countermeasures of college entrance examination system reform goal.The study found that, the current main problems of yan ’an ordinary high school teaching assessment in three aspects: Evaluation of teachers, school to teacher evaluation function weak,the student to the teacher evaluation subjectivity is stronger, peer evaluation could not ensure the truthfulness, teachers participate in the evaluation of a small share, and so on. On student evaluation, existing evaluation weight selection light development, the written light quality, single assessment,and so on. In the course evaluation, evaluation of implementation of not really put in place, evaluation objects of a single, evaluation standard drab, and so on. There are many reasons for these problems, such as the restriction of the traditional college entrance examination system, evaluation idea relatively backward,the shortages of the communication with related subject, he school internal teaching evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the government and education department lack of teaching evaluation system of research and management, teachers’ teaching evaluation ability needs to improve, and so on.Based on the above the problems and their causes, this study based on the related theory and policy, put forward Yan ’an ordinary high school teaching evaluation reform countermeasures: First of all, the reform must be uphold the objectivity, comprehensive, developmental, scientific and the principle of subjectivity. Second,evaluation reform strategies to different questions. On student assessment reform, take the evaluation purpose personalization, comprehensive evaluation content, evaluation method of pluralism, evaluation of implementation of procedural tactics, and so on. Strategy for the reform of teacher evaluation, including building incentive evaluation mechanism, multidimensional evaluation standard,attaches great importance to the teachers comprehensive quality evaluation and self-evaluation, to build the whole process of teachers’ evaluation index system, and so on. About the curriculum evaluation reform, at the time of evaluation content and main body, need to attach importance to evaluation type hierarchy. Once again, to make substantive progress, ordinary high school teaching evaluation reform still need some security conditions, includes further deepen the reform of the college entrance examination system, to optimize the education administrative management system, improve school management mechanism, improving the capacity of teachers’ teaching evaluation, the government and the social support and so on.
