As an important part of teachers’ professional quality, teachers’ professional affection is significant to teacher’s teaching behavior. Senior high school students enter the the peak of emotional outbursts, they need the teachers with enough patience, which requires the high teachers’ professional affection. This research will launch the high school teacher professional affective supportted informational technology mainly from two aspects of theory and practice.First, theoretically, with the core of ‘high school teachers’ professional’ feeling, the study collects domestic and international conclusions and data related with teachers’ professional affection, summarizes the main content the problems and shortcomings of current research, which provides an effective theoretical support for the study. The study investigated the present situation of senior high school teachers’ professional affection with the senior high school teachers of Xuzhou city, Jiangsu Province and Wuwei city, Gansu Province for example, analyzed the problems of teachers’ professional affection in senior high school. We found that there still was problems, such as lack of professional spirit, professional passion in downturn, unclear professional aptitude, self-professional. In addition, this study also analyzed the correlation of teacher’s professional affection and the level affecting senior high school teachers’ professional affection in Chinese.Secondly, the research explore influencing factors of high school teachers’ professional affection from four aspects of society, organizations, groups and individuals, then, according to the problems of teachers’ professional emotion problems, it provide theoretical basis for the practice of high school teachers’ professional affection.Thirdly, practically, the study explore teachers’ professional affection development with building teachers learning community. It put forward learning community model of senior high school teachers, with which teacher learning community is built, and design the corresponding learning activity and evaluation system of teachers’ learning community. In addition, taken senior high school Chinese teacher as an example, the study carry out the community of teachers learning activity, further verify the effectiveness of the teachers community activities design.The results show that online teachers learning community can improve teachers professional self significantly, professional spirit, professional morality and professional aptitude is less improvement. The teacher effect of the online learning community is good.
