Student Management Research Based On The Concept Of Flexible Management In Colleges And Universities

Based on the principle of flexible management in general, through to the university student management problems and the cause of the problems were analyzed, and points out that to apply the flexible management thinking of student management in colleges and universities, is the necessity of the implementation and practical feasibility. Through to the university student management flexibility system thinking, put forward to enhance the level of student management in colleges and universities, the university student management workers should establish the idea of student management of flexible management, and adhere to the basic principles of students management flexibility, clear the students practice contents of management flexibility, master the basic method of student management flexibility, adapt to the needs of the development of the situation, will be "people-oriented" thought, penetrating to the university students’ management.In this paper, the flexible management idea into the management of university students to establish the student management in the "legal system management" and "flexible management" unity relations, building a harmonious campus culture, change the hierarchical student management organization structure and the construction development of student management system and various security measures, such as discipline to build and improve the university students’ management flexibility.
