Study On The Service Countermeasure Of Family Planning For Floating Population--in Case Of Xianyan Street Of Ouhai Distict In Wenzhou

This research is based on the national floating population dynamic monitoring questionnaire survey.It selected Wenzhou Ouhai Xianyan street as the research object.The research adopts literature research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, inductive analysis and other methodsThis research is divided into five parts:Firstly, adopts literature research, comparative analysis, case study method, in combination with qualitative and quantitative method.Secondly, explains the definition of the floating planning management.Thirdly, sums up the conversation of personal and the problems.The main analysis of Ouhai Xianyan streets flowing population and family planning services, including floating population basic information (the social demographic characteristics, marital status, fertility, contraception among floating population needs to meet and analysis), the floating population students reproductive health service utilization and influencing factors analysis, the women of childbearing age accept the problems existing in the public service.Fourthly, by SPSS 11.5 analysis method (conclusion) this paper argues that Xianyan street in education, free technical services and service advantages, and in territorial services management, student the equalization of public services, spectral linkage at a disadvantage; at the same time, Xianyan street in problems such as management services are not in place, population information acquisition system is not formed, functional departments collaboration with responsibility is not clear.The fifth part, it proposed to establish a unified system of floating population and floating population information system.The sixth part, the main conclusion include the management system of floating population management system, the management system, the service model, the establishment of training institutions and the development of service.
