At present, the primary school skimming teaching more and more attention of Chinese educators. But the current practice of skimming teaching has some misunderstanding. The main problem lies in the unclear understanding of teachers of skimming the status and role. Aiming at the problems existing in the practical teaching of teachers, using the survey method, action research method, literature research method, of skimming teaching practice research, and forming a corresponding teaching paradigm of high grade section skimming the text classification, for teachers to provide corresponding reference test, to improve students’ reading ability.This research is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the origin, research significance, research methods, and so on. The second chapter elaboration is the theoretical basis of the elementary school high skimming the text classification and teaching paradigm, such as the new curriculum language use of theory, inquiry learning theory. The third chapter is the investigation of the current situation of primary school teaching of text skimming the situation, come to the preliminary conclusion: the students have the desire of independent reading, but in the actual teaching of teachers followed the teaching of intensive reading of the text, to skim the text function control is undeserved, lack of teaching of text skimming system, scientific guidance. The fourth chapter is to teach primary language version of the high period of skimming the text analysis, skimming for reading and writing combined type, language accumulation, transfer and independent reading of the four major categories, and on this basis of secondary classification. The secondary classification of the type of reading and writing is to read the main type, to read and write, and to read and write. The secondary classification of language accumulation type is: reading, reading and writing. The fifth chapter is in primary school Chinese high skimming the text classification based on, the teaching paradigm of a variety of different types of research related to the practice, of every kind of teaching paradigm is according to the teaching process, teaching points, teaching examples of detailed analysis and research and guidance of teachers to teach science practice. The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this paper, and the analysis of the problem, the direction of future research.The innovation of this paper is to classify the skimming, and on this basis of secondary classification, to reflect the same lesson type in different grades of gradually thorough, reflected on their similar text learning step by step, make rules to follow in the teaching teachers, improve the comprehensive quality of Chinese students.
