Research On Agricultural Doctoral Innovation Capability And Influencing Factors

China has entered a critical period to vigorously develop modern agriculture, the development of modern agriculture requires the support of agricultural science and technology innovation, also needs of a large number of agricultural research talents with innovative ability. Currently, the education level of China’s agricultural research staff is low, there is a severe shortage of high-end talent, it largely restricted China’s agricultural science and technology innovation and to promote the application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Agricultural PhD education is the highest level of academic education, the targets is to training high-quality innovative talents. Therefore, the study on agricultural doctoral innovation capability components and influencing factors have important significance to improving doctoral innovation capability even enhancing the level of China’s agricultural science and technology innovation.In this paper, the research object is agricultural doctoral, through investigation to individual doctoral to find the components of innovation capability and influencing factors, and then study how the influencing factors affect the components of innovation capability,in order to find effective ways to enhance doctoral innovation capability. This paper is divided into five parts, the fist part is introduction. The second part is defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. The third part is the analysis of doctoral innovation capacity components and influencing factors. The fourth part is the empirical study of doctoral innovation capacity components and influencing factors, refine the operation of each level of doctoral innovation capacity components and influencing factors, compile available measurement scales to survey. Using factor analysis to find out innovation capability is composed of knowledge and skills, creative thinking, creative personality and innovative internal motivation, the influencing factors is composed of supervisor, course of study, research conditions, policy support, dissertations. Using regression analysis to study how the factors affecting the ability of innovation, the results show that not all of the factors that will have an impact on the ability of innovation, but different factors produce different effects in different degrees of each factor. The fifth part is research conclusions and suggestions, this paper draw a conclusion to how to accumulating new knowledge and skills, developing creative thinking, shaping creative personality, stimulating innovative internal motivation.The innovation embodied in this article:in research perspective, focusing on the study of how influencing factors impact on innovation capability. In research methods, using factor analysis to explore the elements of ability to explore innovation capacity and influencing factors, using regression analysis to study how influencing factors impact on innovation capability.
