| Homework is an important part of teaching activities, the platform of students integrating theory with practice and applying their knowledge. The new curriculum reform advocated self-inquiry approach to learning, which will highlight discovery, exploration and other activities in the process of learning.Its purpose is to cultivate students’self-inquiry ability, to play the subjectivity of students, to mobilize students’ initiative and cultivate students’creativity. Therefore,the job design of teachers should provide self-inquiry scenarios and space for students. However, the survey found that mostly geography homework in junior middle school is to consolidate the knowledge of mechanical work in the influence of traditional education concept, for that reason,students rarely have the opportunity to explore and practice,the development of students’ thinking and the ability is inhibited,and reduce the fun of learning geography.Students’curiosity in Junior middle school is strong, and they are active.Interest is the key factor to affect its geographical learning result. Teachers design inquiry activities homework,which can not only stimulate students’ interest in learning, but also mobilize student’s enthusiasm and initiative, and cultivate the students’ ability of independent exploring. The author analyzed geographical inquiry ability and the research status of geography homework design at home and abroad through literature reading, understand the present situation of geography homework design in junior middle school through the questionnaire survey and analyzes the problem existing in them.Based on this, the author think homework should highlight students subjectivity and inquiry process, inquiry style. It should follow the principle of penness, cooperative, interest and rural. In principle, according to this paper by supporting the design of teaching materials based on capacity-building activities to explore the job system. |
