This study aims to explore the influence of teachers’ emotional intelligence on job performance, and work stress response mediation role in the relationship and work stress source adjustment. Adopts questionnaire survey, primary and secondary school teachers as subjects, using questionnaire in two ways, in print and online questionnaire collected 300 samples of recycling effective questionnaire 282, and the data processing, the results showed that:(1) emotional intelligence on job performance has positive prediction effect, the higher the teachers’ emotional intelligence, more can improve the performance of work.(2) emotional management has remarkable effect on interpersonal promotion of job performance, but no significant impact evaluation of others’ emotions in dedication.(3) the work stress response in the relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance, both completely mediating role(self-emotional awareness dedication to job), also has the partial intermediary role.This study confirmed that the emotional intelligence on job performance, the effects of work stress response to the intermediary role between emotional intelligence and work performance, work the pressure source of emotional intelligence and work performance. We should strengthen to the cultivation of emotions management and application of the working pressure under the conditions of reaction.The degree of emotional evaluation, will not affect job performance, need to combine several other dimensions of emotional intelligence, effectively reduce the stress response. In addition, in the case of the pressure source, the role of emotional intelligence is more obvious. From another side highlights the value of emotional intelligence in the workplace. In this paper, research results and research conclusions, provides the selection and training of teachers with more clarity of thought.
