Popularization of the higher education has entered the stage of development in our country and the number of university teachers has increased. Influenced by the thoughts of feminism, people gradually realize the equality between men and women behind the particularity of young female teachers in universities and colleges. Female young teachers has accounted for half of the young teachers team, their survival situation and development has attracted more and more attention.The professional development of young college female teachers has important influence on female teachers of personal growth, the development of higher education and social progress.Therefore, discuss the issue of women in colleges and universities young teachers professional development has a realistic significance.This research adopted investigation method, part of the female teachers in 6 colleges and universities in Xi An were selected as the research object. Firstly the paper reviewed the feminist literature and teacher professional development theory; secondly expounded social gender theory, teacher professional development stage and influencing factors of representative viewpoint, on the basis of the theory prepared the questionnaire and the questionnaire for detailed instructions; through the questionnaire survey, finally drew the Xi An college female youth teachers’professional development present situation and influence factors of the relate data, analyzed and summarized the current situation and influencing factors of investigation results.The research result of this thesis mainly included two parts:one, current situation of Xi An university youth female teachers’professional development; second,influence factor analysis of female teachers’professional development.Current situation of the young female teachers’professional development mainly carries on discussion from professional knowledge, professional skill and professional affection. The main conclusions are as fellows:1.female young teacher in colleges and universities professional development had obvious stage characteristics,2.female young teachers professional development had group differences,3.young female teachers are influenced by social culture, professional development process shows the contradiction between thought and action,4.female young teachers’professional development tend to be isolated way of development,5.female young teachers’professional development subject consciousness is relatively weak,6.female young teachers’professional development dimensions is imbalanced.Through data analysis shows our that personal factors, school factors, family factors and social factors have a significant correlation with the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities. Further analysis showed that:;the development of motivation and development of consciousness, training opportunities, salary, gender differences and regulations were significantly correlated with professional development; family attitudes,domestic situation and conflicts, social expectation, social opinion and social status are closely related to professional development.On the basis of analysis of current situation and influencing factors, from four aspects: individual, school,family and society, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the professional and development of young teachers in colleges and universities.Such as:enhance the endogenous dynamics of university women young teachers in personal and professional development, universities provide support for young female school teachers’ professional development, Update Universities young female professional development of teachers family roles, Build university women young teachers’ professional development on gender environment...
