In recent years, our school pay more and more attention to the class culture construction and the students’ autonomous management, We emphasis on class groups influence on the individual students and the interaction between each other. The class is the most basic unit in school management, the main place to students’ daily activities, a group of students to participate in society. There is a great influence on students’ development of education inside it. With the progress of society, Students’ values have occurred great changes of ideology, Students’ self-centeredness is increasing, It’s became a thorny problem to manage the class well for the teacher. The traditional class management, the teacher in charge is the absolute authority, Teachers are in training "obedient" "standardized" "the answer only" indiscriminate students, Asked the students "dressing", "unified pace", implement strict mandatory norms, It restricts the development of students’ personality, erase students their own thoughts, Under this mandatory norms, The students lack their own ideas, lack of confidence, lack of innovation, no play, will hide behind others, no responsibility and positive attitude to life. Group dynamics is a study of the nature of the organization, the purpose of the study is to explore the law of the development of the community, the atmosphere of the study group, the relationship between the members of the team, the leadership style of the group to form the development of the group.In this paper, combined with the author’s teaching practice for many years and the class management experience of the class teacher, the group dynamics theory throughout the design of group counseling activities, through the group counseling activities, enhance the students’ sense of class. In the course of the activity, we fully respect the students, propose class development goals and plans, discuss and construct reasonable rules and regulations together with the students, create a good learning environment and conditions, strengthen students’ awareness and management ability, improve students’ quality. After a year of group counseling, we have carried on the investigation and analysis to the experimental class and the common class. We found that the group dynamics theory has a positive effect on the class management.
