In order to better training of basketball reserve talent, in 2011, China set up a "Chinese basketball high level reserve talent base". The evaluation of the "base", the paper puts forward the basic requirements. The number of base and a wide area, in base construction management will encounter various difficulties and problems, the base construction is relatively uneven. This paper aims to solve the problems by the investigation of the status of the construction of the base.This article has used the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods. North to south across the two areas(Southern 16, North 21) a total of 37 talent base, select the 12 talent base as the object of study is. Mainly to the relevant person in charge of the base, coaches, athletes, the sampling investigation. Through the study of high level of training base construction present situation investigation, mainly from the aspects of human resources, training facilities and equipment, routine management, training, personnel selection and conveying 5 were studied. Summarize the various problems encountered in the construction process, and put forward a feasible solution for the development of basketball reserve talents in the future:1, Coach team of young age and higher education, the training of passion, the spirit of innovation. On the whole, it is reasonable to see the echelon construction, which is beneficial to carry on the development of the training.2, Base on training facilities can basically meet the requirements of training athletes,venues, equipment and ancillary facilities for the construction of more perfect, but in scientific research, medical facilities lacking, of which nearly a third of the athletes did not have a medical security.3, Departments of the establishment and management, coaches of the management and the management of funds is relatively reasonable, but because of the restriction factors of training, learning culture class athletes lack of energy, understanding to the cultural knowledge, ability is not enough, the management of athletes exist some problems.4, The training time of the base athletes can not reach the requirements of < juvenile basketball training program >.
