Adolescents constitution is the social universal attention in recent years, studies have shown that part of the body mass index from 1985 to present students absolute decline,especially sports quality has not been very good to solve. Campus as the youth is the most frequent areas, improve the younster health from here is imperative.With the development of functional physical training in the field of competitive sports and research gradually thorough, has been widely used and development, and achieved fruitful results, but the related research in the field of pay attention to the health development of school sports are rarely involved.Based on the above two considerations, through functional in fifth grade students in the classroom for functional physical training way, it is concluded that the impact on the fifth grade students’ sports quality, to improve the quality of the student movement, functional physical training is introduced into the school sports teaching, provides the theory basis for enriching the content of school physical education teaching, from the foundation for the construction of more scientific and more effective help grasp the students’ physical fitness,provide a reference for PE teachers of physical education teaching.This study through the literature material method, experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods such as theory and practice to explore, in Shijiazhuang relevant fifth grade 84 students in 12 weeks of teaching experiment, the sports quality tests before and after the experiment(speed quality and power quality, sensitive quality, endurance quality, flexible quality), function movement screen(FMS), and after the experiment on the investigation of subjective feeling of experimental class students, the results of using SPSS18.0 for data analysis.Research results: the experimental classes before and after the experiment comparing the sports quality there are significant differences(P<0.05), after the experimental class compared with that in comparative classes, power quality, endurance quality there was no significant difference(P>0.05), but the power quality was bigger, the remaining three quality exists significant difference(P<0.05). Function movement screening test experimental classes before and after the experiment the indicators in addition to the shoulder flexibility stretchthere is no difference, the other six are significant difference(P<0.05), and that in comparative classes there is no significant difference(P>0.05). More than 90% of the students like functional physical training.Research conclusions:1. Functional physical training to improve the speed of fifth grade students quality,strength, quality, sensitive quality, flexible quality has a positive effect, to improve the endurance quality was not significant.2. Functional physical training can improve students’ function screening test results, to improve the function of the poor students, reduce the potential risk of injury. At the same time function action screening scale result is advantageous to the grouping teaching in physical education.3. Most of the students like functional physical training means, from students’ subjective aspects of functional physical training in the field of school sports development provides power.
