Since the martial arts competition begin, the athletes and coaches like to chose the Wushu jumping movement because of its skills are difficulty and beauty. One of them is the lateral flips. The purpose of this study is to analysis the Kinematics rules and the sEMG ruls in the Exercise physiology. Thus, the study will be conducive to analyze the essence of the lateral flips and make the training more targeted. This study adopted many research methods such as the methods of documentary, experimental,mathematical statistic. At the same time, this study draw the conclusion as follows. In the phase of run-up, from the jump leg contact with the ground to off the ground, the different of the height of gravitational center is in the scope of 0.234±0.036 m will complete the lateral flips. More greater the value is,and more the the greater the elastic potential energy is. At the moment of take off the ground, the angle of the hipbone-joint is in the scope of 80.917±10.247°and the knee angle is in 168.994±7.409°will complete the lateral flips. Both of the two angles value in the scope is basically proportional to the reaction force from the ground. In the vacant phase the heigh of the gravity center is in the scope of 0.477±0.088 m will complete the lateral flips. And the higher the center is,the more preparation will be ready for the landing phase. At the same time the action will be more beautiful. At the same phase the race of the gravity center is in the scope of 2.296±0.786m/s. In the landing phase, the delta-T of the feet is in the scope of 0.19±0.04 s. And the smaller the value, the better the action. Just at the moment of landing on the ground, the gravity vertical velocity is in the scope of1.944±0.432m/s, and the smallest value is the best performance. In certain range, the smaller the angle of the knee the better the action is. However, the hipbone-joint is the opposite side. Such will amortize the reaction from the ground. At the same time, the joint and the muscle will be protected well. After studying the best performance athletes’ IEMG in the jumping stage, we find that the best order from the large to small is left gluteus maximus muscle, left medial head of gastrocnemius muscle, left biceps femoris muscle, left lateral gastrocnemius, left quadriceps femoris muscle. Both of the left Rectus abdominis muscle and the left obliquus externus abdominis are at the leaststation and the value are similar. In the vacant phase, the IEMG of right gluteus maximus muscle, right biceps femoris muscle, right medial head of gastrocnemius muscle are all bigger than the correspondence muscle at the left side. However, the right quadriceps femoris muscle’s IEMG is bigger than the left one, and the left caput laterale’s IEMG is bigger than the right one. Such as the action below will be the good performance in the vacant phase. In the landing phase, the degree of muscle power from large to small is right gluteus maximus muscle, right medial head of gastrocnemius muscle, right biceps femoris muscle, right caput laterale, right quadriceps femoris. In the jump phase, the biggest SEMG’s best order from large to small is left gluteus maximus muscle, left medial head of gastrocnemius muscle, left biceps femoris muscle,left quadriceps femoris muscle, left caput laterale, left rectus abdominis muscle, left obliquus externus abdominis. In the vacant phase, the rule of the biggest SEMG value is that the left rectus abdominis muscle and the left obliquus externus abdominis are bigger than the right ones. The left gluteus maximus muscle and the left biceps femoris muscle, medial head of gastrocnemius muscle are smaller than the one on the right side.However, the right biceps femoris muscle is bigger than the left one. The left caput laterale is bigger than the right one. The situation below will let the body show the better performance. In the landing phase, the right gluteus maximus’ power is the bigger than quadriceps femoris muscles, caput laterale, obliquus externus abdominis, rectus abdominis muscle at the right side. And the order from large to small is medial head of gastrocnemius muscle, biceps femoris muscle, gluteus maximus muscle, caput laterale,quadriceps femoris muscle, obliquus externus abdominis, rectus abdominis muscle. All of them are in the right side.
