The Research Of Casework In The Endowment Problems Of The Mongol Nationality

During these years,with the rapid development of economy and society in Inner Mongolia, the level of the farmers’ and herdsman’s life of Mongolian nationality has apparently improved. However,with the improvement of market economy and urbanization as well as the degeneration of the grass resources,how to increase the income of them has been limited a number of young and middle aged people immigrate into big cities. Therefore the endowment problems of them becomes more and more vital day after day.How to solve the pension problems has turned into a significant factor that influences the stability of society and economy.So dealing with supporting the old people that they face is the top priority at present.This passage is based on the real research of S GaZha village. We try to know the basic situation of life and production and summarize and make a deep analysis of the issues that the old people in the agricultural and pastoral areas faces in terms of the pension problems.Then we put forward some relevant suggestions.The basic frame of this passage is as following:the first chapter is introductory theory,which talks about the meanings of the corresponding study situatio n in the academic circles and brings up the ways of research in this article and the creations in this passage.The second section sums up the general situation at the investigation place in the as pects of the history and the humanity culture,the physical geography and the population. And analyzes the basic situation of the old people in the study place which includes their sex,age,the number of their children,the situation of their residence,the economic levels of their families, heir health conditions and their spiritual consolation status.The third part makes a deep review about the old people and summarizes our discoveries in this essay.Now the reality problems which the old people in the research place faces include the low incomes,the heavy manual labor ,the more chronic illnesses,the less spiritual consolations,the decline of their family status and so on.Then we analyze the reasons which included the decrease of the supporting function of families and soil,the unstable development of animal husbandry and the unintegrity of the system of the social protect. The forth part makes a casework in the endowment problems of the Mongolian Nationality. Through offering service to deal with the client’s problems such as basic ensurance of living and spiritual loneliness. The last section puts up with the advice and resolve the pension problems. These suggestions includes encouraging farmers and herdsmen to immigrate into cities and starting intensive production,increasing their yield and revenue in different ways, enlarging the coverage areas of the social protect, going on the construction of legalization and broadening the approaches of the mode of supporting old people.
