In recent years, with the continuous development of the world leaps and volleyball, volleyball competitive level requirements are also increasing. Modern high competitive level of volleyball is an extremely demanding sport, skills of sports timing and high strength. In the meantime, the damage caused to the athletes increased. According to the survey, the proportion of volleyball players’ knee injury is the most than other parts. Objective:Through volleyball athletes training for a period of eight weeks of lower limb centrifugal forces, volleyball players’ knee injury risk was observed whether the lower. Subjects: Beijing Institute of Physical Education and Athletics Physical Education College University 2011-2014 level female athletes Volleyball Item 24, in good health, the last year of lower extremity sports injuries and no other restrictions on the movement of the lower extremity disease. Methods:The 24 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and eccentric training does not participate eccentric training control group of 12 people. Compensatory centrifugal comprehensive training system that allows the experimental group volleyball athletes squat exercises, centrifugal load of the first weeks of training experiments fourth week of:130% * 12RM radial load, a group of 12, every two groups. Centrifugal load fifth weeks of training experiments eighth week of constant, increasing to 15 a set, each two groups, two minutes interval between the two groups. Conduct training three times a week, every other day or two days to conduct a training for 8 weeks. It controls only the usual daily training, without this eccentric training. Test indicators: (1) isokinetic testing indicators:Radial peak torque (600/s), centrifugal peak torque (600/s), and calculate the ratio of peak torque centrifugal radial peak torque. Results and conclusions:eccentric training (1) 8 weeks can effectively increase the maximum centrifugal force volleyball player lower limbs, lower limbs so that centrifugal athletes to peak torque and peak torque ratio increases heart. (2) eight weeks of eccentric training can reduce the surface temperature of the knee joint and surrounding normal skin surface temperature difference, so as to prevent knee injury.
