A Study On The Cultivation Of Elite Talents In Local Colleges And Universities

With the increasingly stronger international competition,the training of high level elite talents has been rapidly promoted to the national strategic level.Compared with the systematic and specialized elite training mode in foreign countries,the domestic high level elite training pattern is still in the exploration stage.In recent years, local colleges and universities play a more and more important role in the field of high, fine, sharp talent training, which becomes the cornerstone of the high level talents training strategy of the whole country,and transports a number of high-quality talents for the country’s development.At the same time,as the training of elite in the local colleges and universities is more important in the realistic situation,there are still a lot of problems we need to sum up and rethink, and constantly improve the corresponding local colleges and universities elite training mode.Keep pace with the times and explore an effective way to cultivate the elite talents.local colleges and universities provides appropriate protection and implementation by scientific and rational choice and design of training mode of the elite,and achieves good results.However,there are still some defects in the teaching management system and the quality assurance of the elite.The paper uses literature research,case study,observation method to carry on the research and takes the practice of elite training in BH University as an example,through tracking survey,questionnaire and interview,the aim, requirements, training mode and training mode of elite talents training,analysis of the current situation of the elite training in college of excellence.With the academy of excellence in training talents achievements and existing problems of local colleges and universities,the paper proposed reasonable localization, time,advancing with the times,and constantly explore the characteristics of their own,and fully exploit their own advantages resources to construct a set of perfect high-level talents training system and so on.
