Objective:In order to prevent the exercise cardiovascular risks, utilizing exercise stress echocardiography to explore the early warning indexesindexes of exercise cardiovascular risks and put forward safety recommendations.Method:Selecting 228 residents aged from 40 to 59 in Beijing city to Complete the modified international physical activity questionnaire for daily physical activity and measure physical configuration (height, weight, circumferences. etc), physiological indexes (BP, baPWV etal.), biochemical indexes (TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C etal.), carotid artery ultrasound index (IMT etal.) and echocardiography. Filtering 166 exercise test subjects which is intermediate risk of cardiovascular risk stratification, making them drive the horizontal power bike. The initial load is 25W, increasing 25W every two minutes and monitoring heart rate, blood pressure and ECG during exercise. The criteria for exercise termination is referred< AMERICAN COLLEGE OF SPORTS MEDICINE> and <TEXTBOOK OF ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY>. We checked echocardiography before the loading end of 30 seconds and in 4 minutes after exercise.Results:1. The sensitive indexes to evaluate of cardiac function among submaximal exercise test are EF,FS, IVSd, HR,SV.2. The abnormal proportion of females’ATh% is 11.0% and the males’is 10.3%; the abnormal proportion of females’BP is 18.6% and the males’is 43.8%. The females’ PA(P<0.05), BMI(P<0.05), RHR(P<0.01) in △Th% normal group is increasing than the abnormal group. The females’age, ABI, PI, RI, IVSs, EF, SV, FS(P<0.05) and ABI, SBP, DBP(P<0.01) in BP normal group is increasing than the abnormal group. The males’SBP, DBP(P<0.01) in BP normal group is increasing than the abnormal group, but the loft atrial diameter (P<0.05) is decreasing.Conclusion:1. The relationship between exercise cardiovascular risks and occupational physical activity is not relevant in women, vigorous-intensity physical activity is unable to reduce the exercise cardiovascular risks.2. The reference values of exercise cardiovascular risks is BMI>26.6kg/m2 and RHR>75BMP in 40-59 years old females.3. The increasing of age, ABI, PI, RI, IVSs, EF, SV, FS, ABI, SBP, DBP is warning indexes for the females’exercise blood pressure risks and SBP, DBP, LAD is for the men.
