In recent years, vibration training method as a new type of strength training method, gradually be introduced into the training of various kinds of sports.No matter from rehabilitation, relax or resistance strength training point of view, began to be used.Vibration training to increase muscle strength and improve the performance of the role has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign experts.Vibration training for human physiology and athletic ability to reach a new level provides a new method, therefore also got more and more attention by experts at home and abroad.This study boxing, judo and taekwondo project as a representative of the combat against XiangQun projects for the research of vibration training.By athletes to three projects for 8 weeks 45 hz, vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibration strength training of the lower limbs 6 mm, collected through three load table leg do vertical jump and various special common special technology action the biomechanics of the data, analyzing vibration training on fighting against XiangQun athletes and the effect of the lower limb strength.Conclusions:1. The vibration training can significantly improve the boxing, karate, judo athletes lower limbs explosive.But the impact on three projects of the experimental group athletes lower limb strength also exist significant differences, don’t have the same changing rule of item-group player.2. Vibration training on boxing athletes to the straight leg for the cause of action did not significantly improve the speed, strength the motion of the hind legs have significantly improved compared with the traditional strength training.3. Vibration training of taekwondo athletes hind legs kicked back ground speed has a significant increase, on the back ground of the force value than traditional strength training were not significantly improved.4. Vibration training in judo athletes do carry move lower limbs on the ground force peak and peak time were significantly improved.5. Jump when the ground reaction force from the vertical ground results show that compared with the traditional strength training, vibration training can shorten 3-4 weeks of training time to achieve the same effect.
