Clay pigeon shooting is one of the important competitions in many sport events. Shooting training needs highly technical.Traditional shooting training mostly rely on athletes themselves summarize experience and through video playback to gain qualitative sense,that lead to lacking quantitative analysis of the data base to reveal and description the effect about the posture to the shooting result in clay pigeon shooting. This paper proposes a system that gain the gun body posture parameters of the clay pigeon shooting.By capturing the gun body’s movements situation through live shooting or cavity prep training, providing reliable scientific data for athletes as a quantitative indicator of sports training.This topic studies the posture parameters testing technology, adopting the method of multiple sensor fusion to obtain the linear motion and angular motion of the gun body. In the light of the features of the clay pigeon shooting sport improves the posture algorithm, and solves the difficulty that selecting the posture algorithm’s initial value.Selecting the devices and designing the hardware circuit based on the thought of the low power consumption and miniaturization in this paper. With the method of nonstandard wireless communication protocols for data transmission, and the problem that there is no corresponding wireless interface in intelligent terminal to receive the data from the microprocessor has been solved by the bus conversion technology. Analyses the system error, the MPU6050 is calibrated by fitting ellipsoid, averaging method and threshold setting, reducing the device errors and installation errors. The complementary filter algorithm and the Kalman filtering algorithm are analyzed, the Kalman filtering algorithm is used for the gyro’s drift compensation.Verifying the accuracy of data processing and posture algorithm by closed curve. The gun body posture parameters processing software is developed based on the Android intelligent terminal, realizing the function of data processing and results showing, regarding the athletes ’information、training data and gun’s track. The hardware parts of the system is packaged and the function of the system is tested. The software can run smoothly in the Android mobile phone, spear and the trigger monitor module are installed on the gun, system can complete automatically the capture of the gun body’s running track.Based on the composite sensing posture measurement technology to achieve the capture of the gun body’s trajectory when athletes is shooting in this paper,developed the first domestic clay pigeon shooting gun body’s posture parameters acquisition system. The intelligent system is easy to operate, it has the characteristics of low power consumption、miniaturization and low cost, and provides quantitative data as the training quality’s indicator for shooting athletes, the experience is shown in the form of data, facilitating analysis and communication. Reaching the object of scientific sports training, digital scientific training, and easy to promote the use, and it is helpful to promote the development of the shooting sports.
