Purpose: According to the demands of China national shotgunteam to preparing for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio,combine with the specific details of the team, we monitored the nervous fatigue of the athletes, to reflect athlete nervous fatigue status of the different training stage, combined with the personality characteristics and so on, we analysis the national shotgun team athletes.By monitoring, it is aim to provide the basis for the coaches training arrangement, to ensure that the athletes who are going to attend the competition with the best state, helping the national team to win invitations to attend the 2016 Olympic Games, to help the athletes to make a success in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.Methods: Using Omega Wave system which produced by the Omega company, a comprehensive diagnosis system based on heart rate variability, Omega Wave, reaction monitoring,to feedback the nervous fatigue condition of the athletes.Results: We monitored the nervous fatigue condition of China national shotgun team for nearly two years, and analyses the three stages of preparation:1.before the 2014 Asian games, we analysis the double trap team of men, include of GB, DY, ZYY. The result is that the team members have a good condition, but GB and DY had the central fatigue,ZYY was in the best condition of the central fatigue. 2. the time before the world cup in USA, all the teams except double trap men are in average condition, the double trap men were in a worse one. The best team has the worst condition. In the end, the team won 5 Olympic seats and the task was almost completed. 3.In the third stage, we analyst two core members of the team, HBY and LQN were included. HBY were in a long condition of nervous fatigue, and his competition result has a significant collect of reaction time(r=-0.64,p<0.05),and also has a significant collect of SFL(r=0.62,p<0.05).LQN were alsoin a long condition of nervous fatigue. 4. Indexes used for monitoring HRV are significantly correlated, the same as the indexes for monitoring reaction time, but the main there indexes of the system are not significantly correlated, there is no significant correlation between sex, double trap is significantly different from trap and skeet in nervous fatigue and it is worse.Conclusion: 1. The Omega Wave system in the monitoring of athlete nervous fatigue has good effect and high reliability, so it can be used for the high-level athletes for a long-term; 2. National shotgun team members have a high incidence of central nervous fatigue, and have a low level in there, at the same time, the heart system have a few incidence than it. There is no different in sex, but it is not the same in different teams, the two key athletes all have a fatigue in central nervous fatigue for a long time, HBY’s competition results are related to the reaction time and sensorimotor level index.
