The Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Study On The Voluntary Activities Of Secondary Vocational School Students

With extraordinary vibrancy and passion, the volunteers from the secondary vocational school is a new force of the voluntary activities and are the contributors of the spiritual civilization. Participating in all kinds of voluntary activities, they can not only dedicate what they have learned to the society, but can also improve themselves,which in turn brings positive impact on the school and the society as well as themselves.However, there are still some problems on the voluntary activities of the secondary vocational school students. The students lack participation consciousness due to the insufficient propaganda work; the range of the voluntary activities is narrow and the form is monotonous; the volunteers are short of managerial experience, because they have no professional training; the funding is inadequate, because there is no steady appropriation and income; a practical incentive mechanism is not established; the approvement and support from the public is insufficient. This paper analyzes the above-mentioned issues and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Based on the social learning theory and motivation theory, this paper mainly adopts the questionnaire method and analyzes the data, complementing with the literature and interview methods. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the purpose, meaning and methods of the study, including the volunteer spirits, the meaning and the current situation of the voluntary activities both at home and abroad.The second part analyzes and summarizes the problems on the basis of the data. The third part proposes the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects. The forth part is about the prospect of the voluntary activities of secondary vocational school students.It is necessary to establish an effective incentive mechanism to ensure the sustainable development of the voluntary activities. It is not an easy subject and demands the common efforts and support of the public. Because the voluntary activity is still in its infancy in China, this paper is deficient in the discussion of the long-term mechanism of the voluntary activities of secondary vocational school students.
