| Body functional training as a new training method has its unique training concept. It break the single training mode in traditional physical training, not only training a muscle, one joint, but taking the muscles, joints as a complete system, the entire human body movements as a kinematic chain. It is a training method which focus more on human movement patterns and body movements basic posture. Through functional training, it enhances volleyball players sensitive quality, improves the performance of the special ability, maximizes the efficiency of special athletic, provides new training ideas to improve the performance of the athletes race.In this paper, in order to explore the training effect that the body functional training has on volleyball players sensitive quality. We selected 16 men’s volleyball team as subjects. According sensitive quality indicators and test scores, we divided them into two equal parts: the experimental group and control group. T-test P greater than 0.05, there was no significant difference. The experimental and control groups had 10-week body functional training and traditional training respectively, and the special training of them are the same. After the experiment, we tested the indicators of sensitivity and recorded results again. Finally we using SPSS to anylysis the before and after test results of the two groups between and in groups.Results:Compared with pre-experiment, the 4 sensitive quality indicators results of the experimental and control groups all improved. Though the results of control group improved, compared with the experimental group, the improve range is slightly. We foud that the index test scores p<0.05, and there’s significant difference when we take the results of experimental and control groups for difference examination,Conclusions:1 body functional training has significant effect on improving the capacity of volleyball players change direction, converting operation, coordination, responsive capability2 traditional training have a certain effect on improving the quality of sensitive volleyball players. But about the increase range, the experimental group is ten percentage higher than than the control group. It further showed that the body functional training can roudly improve the sensitive quality of volleyball athletes.In this study, according to our understanding of the improtance of sensitive quality and the various traning methods in functional training, combined with the characteristics of volleyball, we made one functional traning method to improvide players’sensitive quality. It will enrich and ferfect the sensitive quality training methodologies, and provide certain reference value for volleyball coaches making training plan. |
